We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team.Job Title: Software Developer 3Location(s): Austin, TX Role Overview: The Software Developer III will design, implement, and maintain an enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) environment. The position focuses on identity governance, authentication, authorization, privileged access management, and application integrations throughout the contract period.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement enterprise IAM solutions.Build and maintain a centralized Identity Provider (IdP) framework.Configure Single Sign-On (SSO) using SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC).Implement Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).Develop Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) identity lifecycle workflows.Integrate enterprise applications using REST APIs.Design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models.Enforce separation of duties (SoD) controls.Design and manage access certification campaigns.Deploy and maintain a Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution.Configure credential vaulting, password rotation, and just-in-time (JIT) privileged access.Troubleshoot provisioning and connectivity issues.Perform performance tuning and ongoing platform maintenance.Continuously onboard new business applications into the IAM platform.Required Skills & Experience:8+ years of IAM platform governance, engineering, lifecycle automation, and scripting.8+ years of application onboarding and integration with IAM platforms.5+ years designing and implementing RBAC models.5+ years enforcing separation of duties and designing access certification campaigns.5+ years managing centralized Identity Providers.5+ years configuring SSO, MFA, and federation protocols (including SAML 2.0 and OIDC).Preferred Skills:1+ year of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) implementation and operations.Primary Technologies:Identity and Access Management (IAM)SAML 2.0OpenID Connect (OIDC)Single Sign-On (SSO)Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)REST APIsRole-Based Access Control (RBAC)Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)Privileged Access Management (PAM)SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (preferred)Ideal Candidate Profile: An experienced IAM engineer with strong expertise in enterprise identity governance, SSO/MFA implementation, RBAC design, application integrations, lifecycle automation, and privileged access management.
