Seminole Powersports is one of Central Florida's premier powersports dealerships, representing industry-leading brands including Honda, Kawasaki, Yamaha, Husqvarna, Can-Am, Sea-Doo, and more. We are currently seeking an energetic, customer-focused Parts Sales Representative to join our growing team. Responsibilities Assist retail customers in selecting parts, accessories, riding gear, and apparel Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone Respond to customer inquiries regarding parts availability, pricing, and fitment Process parts sales transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain showroom displays, merchandising, and price labeling Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory Assist with inventory counts and inventory management processes Work closely with the Service Department to support repair and maintenance needs Stay current on manufacturer product lines, accessories, and promotions Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts department environment Qualifications Passion for powersports and the outdoor lifestyle Previous parts, retail sales, automotive, marine, or powersports experience preferred Outstanding customer service and communication skills Positive attitude with a team-first mentality Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with a desire for continuous learning and personal growth High level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems effectively Comfortable working with computers and Microsoft Office Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus What We Offer Competitive hourly pay plus commission opportunities Ongoing manufacturer product training Career growth opportunities within a high-volume dealership Employee discounts on parts, accessories, apparel, and services Supportive team environment focused on customer satisfaction Opportunity to work with some of the best brands in the powersports industry #J-18808-Ljbffr Seminole PowerSports
