Educate residents about Window Nation’s window and door solutions. Generate qualified leads for our sales team. Represent Window Nation at community events. Use scripts and proven lead‑generation processes. Work toward individual and team performance goals. Compensation & Benefits Pay & Earning Potential Base hourly pay: $20.00 per hour Uncapped weekly and monthly bonuses. Additional commissions and performance incentives. Preferred experience: retail sales, wireless/mobile sales, door‑to‑door outreach, field marketing, lead generation, event marketing, restaurant/hospitality customer service, fundraising, political canvassing, brand ambassador work. Must be comfortable walking and standing outdoors for extended periods. We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications or assessing responses.
