Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health status and personalize their treatment plans.
• Implement tailored therapeutic interventions based on best practices, continuously adapting approaches to suit the evolving needs of clients.
• Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients, utilizing both evidence-based and solution-focused methodologies.
• Deliver virtual therapy sessions through a secure teletherapy platform, fostering a safe environment for clients to express themselves.
• Offer crisis intervention services as necessary, ensuring clients have immediate access to support during critical times.
• Engage in professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay informed about the latest mental health best practices and industry standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with adult clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will involve developing therapeutic alliances, understanding each individual's unique experiences, and guiding them toward achieving their mental health goals. Your compassionate approach will help reduce stigma and promote open communication.

Qualifications

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster a welcoming and safe atmosphere for clients.
• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental attitude that tempers your therapeutic approach.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, managing your schedule for effective client care.
• No history of disciplinary actions against your professional license.
