Job Description
ROLE - EMERGENCY NURSING

Schedule
12-hour night shifts, every other weekend, and 2 holiday shifts required.

Assignment Details
Contract length: 8 weeks
Guaranteed hours: 72 hours biweekly

Requirements
- Active MA nursing license
- BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA
- Minimum 2 years of experience in emergency nursing
- Epic experience required
- Level 1 trauma experience required
- PALS or ENPC (Equivalency), ACLS, BLS, TNCC certifications

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in emergency situations.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Perform critical assessments and develop nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and document patient responses.
- Monitor patient progress and coordinate with healthcare teams for optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans.

Compliance / Notes
- Must have been separated from prior employment with the facility for 6 months to be considered.
- Excessive time off will not be accepted, especially around the holidays.
- Candidates should check emails consistently for communication regarding scheduling.
