Senior Pastor

First Baptist Church of Cochran is prayerfully seeking a full-time Senior Pastor to lead our congregation in faithfully proclaiming God’s Word, shepherding our church family, and providing spiritual and administrative leadership. The successful candidate will have a heart for evangelism, discipleship, pastoral care, and equipping believers for ministry while working alongside church staff and leadership to fulfill the mission of the church. We are seeking a Christ-centered leader who is committed to biblical preaching, Southern Baptist doctrine, and leading our church to impact our community and the world for Christ. Key Qualifications & Responsibilities Christian with a Master’s Degree from an accredited seminary (Southern Baptist Seminary preferred.) Experience serving in a Southern Baptist church. Preach biblically grounded sermons and lead corporate worship. Lead and supervise church staff while providing vision for the church’s ministries. Work collaboratively with deacons, committees, and church leadership. #J-18808-Ljbffr
