Position Summary The Product Owner supports the development and delivery of Blue Line Solutions’ products across their lifecycle—from initial concept through release and ongoing improvement. This role serves as a key coordinator between Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Sales to ensure solutions are clearly defined, well-documented, and aligned with customer and operational needs. This is a growth-oriented role ideal for someone early in their product career with strong organizational skills, technical aptitude, and a desire to learn product ownership in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment. Key Responsibilities Product Support & Intake Support intake and organization of product improvement requests and feedback from internal teams and customers Assist in translating business and operational needs into clear, structured product requirements Help maintain and organize product backlogs in collaboration with Product Management Product Development & Launch Support Support product development efforts from ideation through release Coordinate timelines, documentation, and readiness activities across Engineering, Operations, and other teams Ensure product requirements, specifications, and documentation are complete and accurate Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Sales teams to track progress and follow up on action items Support alignment across teams to ensure smooth product delivery and handoffs Documentation & Communication Maintain clear product documentation, specifications, and change records Communicate product updates, status, and changes to internal stakeholders Assist in preparing materials to support product launches and internal training Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 1–3 years of experience in product coordination, operations, engineering support, or a related role Strong interest in technology and product development Top Skills Organization and attention to detail Clear written and verbal communication Cross-functional coordination Documentation and process tracking Problem-solving mindset Preferred Exposure to technical or operational environments (hardware, software, or services) Familiarity with product lifecycle concepts or Agile frameworks Detail-oriented and structured Curious and eager to learn Strong communicator across technical and non-technical teams Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Reporting Relationships This role reports directly to the Product Manager and works closely with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Sales teams.
