We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to care for our private duty client in the MONROE area! PART TIME Days (6:30a-2:30p), Afternoons (2:30p-10:30p) and Nights (10:30p-6:30a) Available! Pay rate: LPN $35-$37 & RN $38-$40 (based on experience) Requirements Include:- Current and active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
- Current CPR or BLS certification
- 1 year minimum of Vent experience
- 1 year minimum of Trach experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in home care
- Current and active drivers license
- Must be comfortable working around pets (Med/Large friendly Poodle in home)
- Monitor ventilation
- Trach care and suctioning
- All ADL's
- Transfers using Hoyer
- Straight Cathing
- Skin assessments
- Range of Motion
- Wound care
- Medication Management
- Transportation using transport van
- Other duties as needed
