We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to care for our private duty client in the MONROE area!

PART TIME Days (6:30a-2:30p), Afternoons (2:30p-10:30p) and Nights (10:30p-6:30a) Available!

Pay rate: LPN $35-$37 & RN $38-$40 (based on experience)

Requirements Include:

Current and active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
Current CPR or BLS certification
1 year minimum of Vent experience
1 year minimum of Trach experience
Minimum of 1 year experience working in home care
Current and active drivers license
Must be comfortable working around pets (Med/Large friendly Poodle in home)

Candidate will be responsible for:

Monitor ventilation
Trach care and suctioning
All ADL's
Transfers using Hoyer
Straight Cathing
Skin assessments
Range of Motion
Wound care
Medication Management
Transportation using transport van
Other duties as needed
