Spectrum Healthcare Resources is currently seeking a Part-time Occupational Health Registered Nurse to join our team in support of a federal agency clinic in Roanoke, VA .
This role offers a low-stress, mission-driven environment focused on the health and well-being of federal employees-not the general public.
Position Highlights:
No nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call duties
Enjoy a collaborative setting with minimal administrative burden
Deliver high-quality care to those serving our nation
- Hourly rate $39-43
16 hours per week, Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Provide occupational health nursing services including employee assessments, health screenings, and immunizations
Support case management and return-to-work evaluations
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with federal health and safety standards
Maintain accurate medical documentation and uphold patient confidentiality
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, Associate Degree, or BSN)
Active, unrestricted RN license in any U.S. state or territory
Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
Current American Heart Association BLS certification
