We are actively hiring for an Assistant Retail Photo Operations Manager in an exciting and dynamic atmosphere located at the iconic attraction, Jelly Belly!What's in it for you?Starting rate $18.90/hr.Opportunity for growth and advancement!Fun culture and atmosphere!Paid training $$Schedule/Shifts: Hiring ImmediatelyShifts available any day(s) of the week/weekend during operating hoursFlexible scheduleAs an Assistant Retail Photo Manager:You will greet guests and create Magic Memories by providing world-class service.You will assist in leading a retail team to achieve sales goals.Assist with running all operational aspects of a high-volume souvenir photography retail operation.Act as lead manager in the absence of the Retail Photography Manager.Provide floor supervision and administrative duties, ensuring the team stays focused on guest service and sales goals.Develop, train, and motivate staff to achieve desired guest service and financial results.You will ensure excellent customer service by responding to guest requests, expectations, and needs.You will have the opportunity to meet and interact with people from all over the world.Take photos and provide guests with a memorable experience and souvenirs to take back home and share!Learn how to capture, and create memories that make people SMILE!Requirements and other details:High school diploma or general education degree (GED). 1-year people management experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.2 years previous guest service experience preferred, but not required, within the hospitality, food, and beverage, or retail industries.Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to support teams, develop culture, demonstrate coaching, and ongoing performance management.Ability and drive to assist in this 'hands-on' role, with demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and KPIs in a busy retail environment.Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with customers, management, and cross-functional team members.Professional communication skills and appearance.Ability to support operations 7-days a week, including weekends, evenings, and holidays – it's tourism after all!Experience in digital photography a plus, but not required.Background checkJob Type: Part TimeClassification: NON-EXEMPTAt Magic Memories you will be a part of a retail team that will capture fun, interactive moments of guests at diverse attractions.
