As a Security Officer – Truck Gate, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc. What's In It For You Site Location: Flowery Branch GA Set schedule: Full- Time: 7:00 AM -7:00 PM Saturday & Sunday / 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Wednesday - Thursday 40HRS (Split- Shift) Competitive hourly wage of $17.00 / Hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!) A comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions, paid time off (PTO) policy, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance options Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld Uniform provided at no cost Responsibilities Of a Concierge Security Guard Control and monitor access at the truck gate Verify driver identification, credentials, and delivery paperwork Log all inbound and outbound truck activity accurately Inspect vehicles, trailers, and seals for security compliance Enforce site rules, procedures, and traffic flow requirements Communicate with drivers, site personnel, and supervision Monitor gate security systems and report incidents or irregularities Maintain a safe, secure, and professional gate environment Qualifications For Concierge Security Guard Truck Gate / Guard Shack Experience Preferred. Be authorized to work in the U.S. Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process Exceptional customer service skills Proficient in basic phone & computer skills If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
