CT Technologist, 32 hr, Days - Float

Properly performs all CT scan examinations appropriate to the age of the patient Gathers pertinent clinical data and maintains accurate patient records Accurately completes all records, paperwork and billing Positions and transfers patients appropriately Completes exams, performs QC on images Assists in maintaining an orderly inventory of necessary supplies Assists with urgent exam requests and scheduling Establishes IV access for contrast injection as directed Travels between Marlborough and Nashoba/Groton as scheduled Requirements Graduate of an accredited radiological program Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) or NMTCB certified in diagnostic CT Licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Demonstrated ability to provide quality patient care with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting Verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with patients and families Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in performing CT scan examinations and establishing IV access for contrast injection while maintaining accurate patient records and providing quality patient care.
