Job Description ou will perform a wide range of duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain the property’s facilities and equipment, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and fully functional environment for our guests. What’s in it for you The opportunity to live and work in a world‑class destination—our lodge is located in Mountain Village at the base of the ski slopes Full‑time, year‑round employment Options for Health, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life Insurance, and 401(k) A supportive and appreciative team culture with meaningful engagement opportunities Employee benefit card offering discounted rates at Accor properties worldwide Access to learning and development programs through our Academies Opportunities to grow your talent within the property and across the global network The chance to make a positive impact through Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, including Planet 21 What you will be doing Assignwork to team members and coordinating daily priorities Monitorprogress and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently Assistwith work orders when additional support is needed Ensurework orders are properly entered, updated, and closed in the system Overseeday-to-day maintenance operations and communicating priorities to the team Assist with inventory control and management of maintenance supplies and parts Oversee facility inspections to ensure they are completed on schedule and documented properly Perform data entry associated with weekly and monthly inspections, preventative maintenance records, and compliance tracking Maintain departmental organization, documentation, and reporting requirements Support communication between departments to ensure maintenance‑related issues are addressed in a timely manner Inspect and perform preventive maintenance on facilities and equipment to ensure consistent operation of heating, electrical, gas, air, and other systems Complete minor and routine maintenance tasks, including painting, plumbing, electrical work, and general building upkeep Conduct regular inspections of all property areas to identify and address safety concerns promptly Perform pool and spa maintenance Assist guests with questions about property facilities in a friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful manner Other duties as assigned Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Relevant experience in building maintenance required Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team Highly responsible, reliable, and accountable Hands‑on experience with painting, plumbing, electrical work, and pool/spa maintenance preferred Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying items up to 100 lbs Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to safely use tools, equipment, and ladders as required Additional Information Your Team and Working Environment A tight‑knit, respectful, and supportive team that values open communication and collaboration.
