HealthPlus Staffing is assisting one of the most established groups in northern NY with their search for an orthopedic surgeon to join their team in Plattsburgh. Position: orthopedic surgery. Location: Plattsburgh, NY. Setting: hospital-based practice. Call: 1:5 - shared among the group members. EMR: epic. Compensation - very competitive & discussed with serious candidates only. Benefits - extensive list (includes relocation & loan repayment assistance).

Duties/more info:

• 50% clinical specialty, 25% general ortho, 25% trauma
• Preference for clinical: hip/knee, hand and/or upper extremity
• Coverage provided at hospital and its affiliate
• Support: 4 orthopedic surgeons & 5 physician assistants
• Certified level iii trauma center that works closely with university
