Overview One Parking is seeking a full‑time Manager to oversee valet and parking garage operations at CityPlace in the heart of downtown West Palm Beach. This leadership role is responsible for driving daily operations, supervising team members, and delivering a high standard of hospitality across a mix of retail, dining, and office environments. Responsibilities Lead, coach, discipline, and continuously improve daily valet and parking operations. Taking charge is a must, and if you enjoy leading a team then this position could be a great fit. Learn and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all parking facilities, equipment, and operating systems. Understanding the software, firmware and mechanical functions of the PARCS (Parking and Revenue Control Systems) that control most parking facilities will be expected. Support administrative functions including guest relations, daily reporting, team communication, bank deposits, scheduling, payroll, and email correspondence. Identify and report accidents, safety hazards, cleanliness concerns, and potential policy violations. Budgeting and financial analysis: An understanding of revenue / expense / profit budgeting is foundational and using data to forecast the future is required. The ability to work with many different levels of customers, personnel and client contacts will be critical. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are vital. Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. The ability to work under pressure and multi‑task many different deadlines is expected.
