Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to adult patients on a medical-surgical unit; assess, monitor, and document patient conditions
- Administer prescribed medications and therapies; manage IVs and other treatments as ordered
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and adjust care plans; participate in discharge planning
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, procedures, and post-discharge care
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record; ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license
- Minimum 1 year of travel experience
- Med Surg unit experience
- Ability to work nights
- Critical Access Experience preferred but not required
