Zone Sales Representative

Sells manufactured housing products to wholesalers or developers on a commission basis by performing the following duties. Contacts retailers and arranges to provide them with products. Calls on regular or prospective customers to solicit orders. Demonstrates products and points out salable features. Answers questions concerning products such as price, credit terms, and durability. Completes sales contracts or forms to record required sales information. Forwards orders to manufacturer. Promotes products at trade shows and conferences.

Competencies: Must be motivated. Must be able to provide a high level of customer service. Must have strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to prioritize tasks and follow through with requests for assistance. Must have strong attention to detail. Must live the Champion Operating Principles.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Sales experience desired. Manufactured housing industry experience desired.
