The plant runs 24/5, with plating operating 24/7, and the team includes roughly 220 hourly employees and 50 salaried employees. This opportunity is open now and moving quickly. The plant is at an inflection point: the focus is less about being a “wrench-turner” operation and more about building the maintenance and reliability engineering systems that raise performance over time—stronger preventive and predictive practices, better repeatability, and a more forward‑looking approach to uptime. Lead day‑to‑day maintenance execution while shaping the longer‑term reliability roadmap for a multi‑process operation (molding, plating, assembly, paint). Use an engineering mindset to troubleshoot, prioritize, and solve problems—then translate fixes into repeatable practices. Drive continuous improvement in reliability, planning, and standard work so the plant becomes more proactive and less reactive.
