RN - ICU

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate registered nurse for the ICU department. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience as a registered nurse, with ICU expertise and EPIC documentation proficiency. Certifications required include a current RN license, BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Certification. A bachelor's degree in nursing and certifications in specific clinical specialties are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide patient-centered care, respecting privacy and effectively communicating with patients and families.
Utilize the nursing process to assess patient needs, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
Educate patients and families, ensuring understanding of treatment plans.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
Manage nursing resources effectively, demonstrating leadership and good judgment.
Use data and evidence to inform practice improvements.
Adhere to safety protocols, including infection control and hazardous material handling.

Requires heavy physical effort, including occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds. Constant activity such as standing and walking is required. Exposure to blood, body fluids, and potentially communicable diseases is routine. Proper precautions and PPE are necessary.

$54.31 per hour

12:00 AM - 12:00 AM (24-hour shift)
