Stand-Up Forklift Operators – Cold Storage Warehouse

Fort Worth, TX 76106

We are hiring experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operators for a busy cold-storage distribution facility in Fort Worth. This position requires working in a freezer environment with temperatures as low as -10&degree;F . Candidates must be comfortable wearing the required cold-storage suit and PPE throughout the shift.

Shifts & Pay
  • 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | Start 6:00 AM | $19.50/hr
  • 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | Start 2:00 PM | $19.75/hr
  • 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday | Start 10:00 PM | $20.00/hr
  • Shifts are approximately 8–9 hours
Job Responsibilities
  • Safely operate a stand-up forklift in a fast-paced cold-storage environment.
  • Pick, move, stage, and put away products throughout the warehouse.
  • Load and unload products as needed.
  • Transport pallets to designated storage and shipping locations.
  • Follow pick tickets, warehouse locations, and inventory instructions accurately.
  • Inspect the forklift before use and report any equipment or safety concerns.
  • Maintain productivity while working in temperatures reaching -10&degree;F .
  • Follow all warehouse, food-storage, PPE, and forklift safety procedures.
  • Keep work areas organized and free of safety hazards.
  • Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Previous Stand-Up Forklift experience required .
  • Must be comfortable working in a cold/freezer environment down to -10&degree;F .
  • Must be able to wear the required freezer suit/cold-storage PPE .
  • Ability to work an 8–9 hour shift and remain on your feet as needed.
  • Must be dependable and have good attendance.
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse.
  • Must be able to follow instructions and meet productivity expectations.

Pay: $19.50–$20.00/hr
