Hiring: Process Control Engineer

Location: Mossville, IL (Onsite)

Duration: 13+ Months Contract

⏰ Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a Process Control Engineer to support supply chain and production operations by analyzing facility requirements, prioritizing shipments, and ensuring material availability to keep production lines running efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong Excel expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers, buyers, and production facilities to prioritize material shipments.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based reports to identify facility needs, weekly demand, and risk areas.
• Analyze supply chain demand and establish shipment priorities based on business requirements.
• Interpret production data, logs, processing sheets, and specifications to ensure quality standards are met.
• Assist with production planning, scheduling, and workload prioritization.
• Create charts, dashboards, graphs, and workflow reports to support operational decision-making.
• Review technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and computer-generated reports as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization to resolve issues and improve efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Associate Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience will be considered.
• Master's Degree with 0–2 years of relevant experience will be considered.
• Internship experience does not qualify as professional experience.

Required Skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel experience.
• Strong knowledge of Excel Macros and Complex Formulas.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

Preferred Skills

• Power BI experience.
• Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, or Production Planning experience.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, and workflow visualizations.
