What we are looking for:

Aldridge is seeking anConstruction Manager (Mission Critical) to join our dynamic and energetic team in Monroe LA.

This role will manage and control profit loss and field production in accordance with the business plan (budget) for ourMission Critical division.

What youll do:

• Actively participate in division planning and perform other corporate leadership tasks as assigned by the team.
• Hold accountability for execution operations and completion of assigned contracts.
• Provide operational and administrative leadership to field and Project Managers.
• Contribute to management meetings project-planning meetings project execution and project closure meetings.
• Promote and assimilate the companys strategic plan throughout the field and project management personnel.

Who you are:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in the construction market.
• Technical background with engineering or field experience.
• Ability to work with all levels of staff and management.
• Willing to travel.

What we offer:

The annual base pay for this role is between $100000.00 - 160000.00. The actual pay is dependent upon many factors including: location work experience education training transferable skills business needs and market conditions. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The role may also be eligible for a bonus. Aldridge provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes the following:
