This facility is seeking a Family or Internal Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

* Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:45a-5p

* Patients per day: 20

* Practice Setting: Clinic

* Scope: Outpatient

* State Licensure: Indiana state medical license, Board Certified, Basic Life Support (BLS) and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).
