Registered Pharm Tech II- Ben Taub

Pharmacy Technician
Prepare and dispense prescribed medications under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist while ensuring excellence in patient care, patient safety and patient satisfaction. Adhere to all state, federal, organizational, and departmental regulations and guidelines.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: High School Diploma/GED; Registered by Texas State Board of Pharmacy & in good standing; IV certification preferred, MTM Certification preferred
- Work Experience (Years and Area): Minimum 1 year experience as a Pharmacy Technician; 2 years' experience as Pharmacy Technician preferred
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Communication Skills: Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact)
- Other Skills: Mathematics, Medical Terms, P.C.
- Work Schedule: Weekends, Holidays, Flexible, Overtime, Travel
