Position Summary: This role provides member service and support within a Sam's Club facility, ensuring a safe and efficient shopping environment while maintaining compliance with corporate policies. Responsibilities Provide member service, including acknowledging members, verifying membership cards, and identifying member needs. Maintain the checkout area and ensure proper handling of merchandise, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policies. Promote Sam's Club products and services, assisting members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise. Guide and support members regarding self‑service technology, including operating front‑end equipment and mobile retail applications. Conduct safety sweeps, follow company safety standards, and report unsafe situations to facility management. Maintain entrance and exit areas, review member receipts, and safeguard Sam's Club assets by observing and communicating potential criminal activity. Maintain documentation, logs, and other required paperwork, and execute emergency response procedures. Assist with the training of Member Frontline Services associates on company processes, new technology, and tool functionality. Ensure area of responsibility is maintained in accordance with company policies by properly handling returns, zones, and organizing merchandise. Identify shrink and damages and take corrective action. Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other business partners to complete work assignments and prioritize tasks. The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
