The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and handling all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with Company policies and procedures. Qualifications Minimum age: 18. Physical demands include over 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail or management experience is required.
