The City of Naperville is looking for a Lead Permit Technician to supervise a team of Permit Assistants in processing building permits efficiently. The role involves engaging with property owners and stakeholders to ensure accurate permit submissions and overseeing all phases of the permitting process. Qualified candidates should have at least three years of experience in building or development functions, effective supervisory skills, and must hold a valid Illinois Class D driver's license.
