Responsibilities: Advise life sciences clients, including biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical device companies, on FDA regulatory compliance and approval processes. Counsel clients on drug development, clinical trials, and commercialization strategies. Assist clients in navigating regulatory hurdles related to market entry and product labeling. Collaborate with corporate, IP, and litigation attorneys on M&A, licensing, and commercial transactions. Represent clients in regulatory investigations and enforcement actions. Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. Minimum of 10 years of experience advising life sciences clients on regulatory matters. Extensive knowledge of FDA, FTC, and other life sciences regulatory frameworks. Portable book of business ($750K+ preferred). Strong industry connections and business development experience.
