The Burger King Shift Supervisor will oversee daily operations and team members during assigned shifts at Burger King, ensuring efficient service, high-quality food, and a positive customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and motivate crew members during designated shifts, delegating tasks and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Monitor food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain Burger King's quality and sanitation standards.
• Manage cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers, processing transactions, and reconciling daily sales.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts, assist with ordering supplies, and minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Support store manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
• Perform administrative duties such as completing shift reports and scheduling.
• Operate all equipment safely and efficiently, performing basic troubleshooting as needed.

Job Qualifications:

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
