Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week contract assignment in Walsenburg, CO. This role is ideal for an LPN who is confident working night shifts and committed to delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive clinical environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care under the direction of RNs and physicians
- Administer medications and treatments according to facility protocols
- Monitor patient conditions and document changes accurately
- Support patients with daily care needs and clinical tasks
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, effective patient outcomes
Requirements
- Active LPN license
- Current BLS certification
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Reliable, professional, and comfortable working night shifts
- Previous experience in a similar setting preferred
