Southwest Missouri – Hematology/Oncology Opportunity At-a-Glance (Recruiter Quick Scan) Specialty:

Board Status:

• BE/BC in Hematology/Oncology (required)

Licensure:

• Missouri medical license or ability to obtain

Call Requirements:

• 1:6 weekend call (Friday 12PM – Monday 8AM)
• Nurse Practitioners take first call

Practice Setting:

• Outpatient and inpatient oncology practice
• Integrated health system with 350+ physicians across 80+ specialties
• Service area of ~450,000 patients (MO, KS, OK, AR)
• On-site lab and board-certified Oncology Pharmacist

EMR:

• Epic (go-live October 2026)

Clinical Role Details

• Join a team of 5 Oncologists and 1 Radiation Oncologist
• Busy, established practice in an area of high need
• Opportunities for both inpatient and outpatient care
• Competitive one-year guaranteed salary, then wRVU production model with no cap
