Responsibilities

Greet and room patients

Take vitals, medical histories, and document in EMR

Assist providers with exams and procedures

Prepare and maintain exam rooms and equipment

Administer injections and perform basic laboratory tests (as permitted)

Manage phone calls, scheduling, and patient follow-ups

Process referrals, authorizations, and medical records

Ensure patient workflow runs smoothly and efficiently

Qualifications

Certified/Registered Medical Assistant

Previous clinical experience: 3 years of experience in a specialty practice setting

Strong EMR skills

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Compassionate, professional, and reliable
