Job Description
Title: Emergency Nurse

Schedule: Full-Time Variable - Nights and Days

Requirements:
- RN License
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- BLS from American Red Cross or American Heart Association with at least 3 months left before expiration is required upon hire

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient and family-centered care using the nursing process, incorporating developmentally appropriate and culturally sensitive practices.
- Communicate effectively within nursing and inter-professional teams to advocate for patient values and preferences.
- Integrate evidence-based practices into care delivery while recognizing the need for policy revisions based on new evidence.
- Utilize data to monitor care outcomes and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Minimize risks to patients and providers by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Use information technology effectively for patient care documentation and communication.
