Overview
Physical Therapy Assistant, LTAC specialty, Clancy, Montana. This travel assignment begins on 09/14/2026 and runs for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range is $1,161 per week to $1,256 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: Monday–Friday. Setting: long-term care / nursing home.

Responsibilities
- Assist the physical therapist with patient evaluations, treatment planning, and modalities under supervision.
- Implement therapeutic interventions, monitor patient responses, and document progress notes accurately.
- Support patient care through therapeutic activities, ROM, gait training, transfers, and positioning as directed.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of treatment areas and equipment; adhere to infection control and safety policies.
- Communicate effectively with the PT, nursing staff, and other team members to ensure coordinated care and timely updates.

Requirements
- Ability to work in a LTAC/long-term care setting.
- Availability for a 13-week travel assignment with guaranteed 36 hours per week.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with the physical therapy team and nursing staff.
- Eligibility for Physical Therapy Assistant practice in Montana or current Montana licensure.
- Commitment to patient privacy and adherence to facility policies and documentation standards.
