Clinical Magnet , a division of ICON Medical Network, is looking for a compassionate, dedicated Physical Therapist to join our partner's full-time team in Lowell, Massachusetts . This position offers the flexibility and independence of home health while being supported by an experienced and collaborative clinical team.

Physical Therapist Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in their homes
• Perform evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans
• Assess functional deficits and monitor patient progress
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility, and safety

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Connecticut PT license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
• Home health experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance required
• Ability to travel within the branch coverage area

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed salary, $90,000-$115,000/year based on experience
• No weekends, on-call, or holiday requirements - OR choose to do overtime for extra cash
