Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

• 13-week assignment
• Schedule: 5x8
• Setting: Outpatient
• Patient focus: Primary Ortho

Location Highlights

Peoria, Arizona offers access to outdoor recreation and metro amenities. Lake Pleasant Regional Park is about 20 miles north and features boating, fishing, and hiking across more than 10,000 acres of water and desert shoreline.
