Order Management Coordinator, Alternative

About the Role The Alternative Channel Coordinator role for LIV is a temporary assignment designed to provide white‑glove support to our most important customers and to bring key learnings back to the broader Order Management team. This role is highly visible and critical, as these major accounts are essential to the success of our operations. In addition to managing these customers, the coordinator will be responsible for escalating important issues through the appropriate channels to ensure alignment and satisfaction across sales, supply chain, and our customers. Responsibilities Handle white glove customers for LIV, providing in‑depth customer insight and unparalleled communication. Enter EDI and manual orders, ensuring pricing is correct and communicating delays or inventory shortages with Sales and Customers. Contribute to achieving key performance indicators, including daily sales, on‑time performance, open orders, and departmental efficiency. Ensure attainment of customer delivery service targets by working with logistics, distribution, and supply planning teams; proactively identify and raise potential customer issues. Know all aspects and procedures for key accounts to deliver best‑in‑class service and communication. Partner with AR, Sales, Distribution, and Logistics teams to clear deductions and use data to create process and procedures to minimize future deductions. Work with Order Management Manager to develop solutions and procedures for common customer problems. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in business, economics, or another business‑related field). Order Management experience with managing retail customers such as Vistar, Muscle Foods, Dollar General, etc. Minimum 2‑4 years of experience in a CPG or beverage company. Ability to turn a set of data into insights and actions. Adaptability and critical thinking under pressure in a constantly changing, sometimes ambiguous environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; dependable and accurate. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and/or other data analysis/presentation toolsets. Quick learner, not afraid of testing new programs, ways of working, or strategy. Demonstrated ability to interact with vendors and colleagues thoughtfully and attentively. Work Environment Typical office environment with flexibility for industry events. Hybrid – candidate agrees to being in office three times a week. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. The compensation band for this position is $36.39 – $55 per hour. The exact hourly pay is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.
