Job Description

Aegis is currently partnering with a long-standing, reputable manufacturing firm in Wheeling to identify a Production Supervisor to join their growing team!

Responsibilities:

    \n
  • Conduct regular visual line checks to ensure product quality, proper labeling, and packaging of product
    • \n
  • Review, collect and track production data, and report information and variances to management
    • \n
  • Resolve daily production issues working closely with Customer Service, Purchasing and Logistics
    • \n
\n

\n

Requirements:

\n
    \n
  • 3-5+ years of experience as a supervisor/lead in a high-speed manufacturing environment
    • \n
  • MUST be bilingual in English/Spanish
    • \n
  • Experienced in overseeing 50+ employees in a manufacturing environment
    • \n
  • Proven success driving continuous improvement & team collaboration- Lean, 5S, Safety
    • \n
  • Comfortable spending 85% of the time on the production floor
    • \n
\n
