Key Responsibilities Greet and serve members and guests in a courteous and professional manner Take beverage orders accurately and efficiently, including alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks Prepare and serve drinks according to established recipes and safety standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and utensils Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns promptly Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the lounge Requirements Previous experience as a bartender or bar server preferred Knowledge of drink recipes, alcohol service, and responsible beverage service practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle cash transactions accurately Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Must be at least 18 years old and possess any necessary permits or certifications At Lake Almanor County Club, we pride ourselves on fostering a welcoming and inclusive community.
