Performance Marketing Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will own paid acquisition efforts across social and search channels, with a focus on driving efficient growth and measurable patient engagement. The manager will partner closely with creative, analytics, and cross-functional marketing teams to refine campaign performance and scale media investments. Success in this position will depend on using data-driven testing and optimization to improve CPA, ROAS, and overall acquisition outcomes.
