Finishing Technician

Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company is an end-to-end provider of innovation, development and manufacturing solutions to the pharmaceutical, diagnostics and medical device industries. Our New Richmond, Wisconsin location is seeking individuals for a Finishing Technician role to support manufacturing of injection molded parts and automation assembly. One week you would work two days on, two days off and three days on, the following week you would work two days off, two days on and three days off. Responsibilities Set up jobs for pad printers, assembly lines, and other finishing/assembly operations Perform general preventive maintenance on sonic welders, pad printers, assembly lines and other finishing/assembly equipment Complete set‑up and/or parameter sheets and other recordkeeping as required Communicate changes/issues with team leader and technicians on other shifts Work alongside maintenance and engineering technicians while troubleshooting and correcting equipment issues Ensure quality of all parts and make adjustments to equipment/processes as needed Maintain a high level of safety for self and co‑workers Complete all required batch record and/or device history file documentation Work with paints and solvents Basic Qualifications 6+ months of experience in manufacturing, industrial or military settings Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or sponsorship Skill Enhancers Previous troubleshooting experience in a production, manufacturing, industrial or military environment Benefits Our benefits plan includes medical, dental, vision, flexible spending and health savings accounts, life insurance, short- and long‑term disability, retirement, paid vacation and time off, educational assistance, and may also include infertility assistance, paid parental leave and adoption assistance.
