About the Team

The Global Brand & Creative team within Marketing is responsible for bringing the Salesforce brand to life across our full portfolio of marketing and creative work. From building global brand and demand generation campaigns to creating experiences like Dreamforce, our multidisciplinary team of designers, copywriters, strategists, producers, project managers, and creative leaders partners across the organization to deliver impactful, brand-defining work.

The Integrated Campaigns Creative team translates Salesforce’s products, technology, and customer moments into compelling cross-channel creative experiences and stories.

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and highly skilled Senior Designer to join our Integrated Campaigns Creative team supporting Agentforce. You will help translate complex product and marketing briefs into thoughtful concepts, compelling visual stories, and beautifully crafted design. You will partner closely with Creative Leads, copywriters, Product Marketing, and Creative Operations to develop ideas and bring them to life across channels and mediums.

You are a strong visual thinker with excellent design craft and conceptual abilities. You can move between big-picture creative thinking and detailed execution, bring a clear point of view to the work, and push creative ideas while maintaining a strong connection to the Salesforce brand.

What You Will Do

• Partner with Creative Leads and copywriters on concept development, design, and execution across Agentforce campaigns and marketing initiatives.
• Translate creative briefs, product narratives, and marketing objectives into clear, compelling visual concepts and design solutions.
• Concept and design across integrated campaigns, digital and web, social, content, presentations, demand generation, and event experiences.
• Help develop and extend creative concepts cohesively across multiple channels and touchpoints.
• Bring a high level of design craft, visual storytelling, and attention to detail from early exploration through final execution.
• Simplify complex technology and product stories into approachable, engaging creative.
• Present ideas and design rationale clearly and incorporate feedback thoughtfully and efficiently.
• Ensure consistency with the Salesforce brand and maintain a high bar for creative quality.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities, partnering with Creative Operations and project management to meet deadlines.
• Stay current on design, technology, AI, and industry trends, bringing new ideas and approaches into the creative process.

What Experience You Have

• BA/BFA in Art, Design, Visual Communication, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in design or art direction within a creative agency or in-house creative organization; B2B or technology experience is a plus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent design craft, conceptual thinking, and visual storytelling.
• Experience developing creative across multiple channels and mediums, particularly digital and integrated marketing.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, visual hierarchy, and design systems.
• Advanced working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud; motion or After Effects experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with generative AI and emerging creative tools and an interest in applying them thoughtfully to the creative process.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate creative ideas and rationale.
• Highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
