TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Manchester, New Hampshire, 03102!

Job Title: Registered Nurse - Telemetry Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Active RN license required Certifications: ACLS Must-Have: Cardiac telemetry knowledge ACLS certification Knowledge/skill set for cardiac medical, procedural patients, and cardiac drips Description: This position involves working on a medical-surgical cardiac unit. The unit includes 23 beds and a treatment room. There is a diverse team of staff members on each shift. Patient ratios are 1:4 during days and evenings, and 1:5 at night. The unit is equipped with telemetry monitoring and various medical devices. Electronic medical records are utilized with medication scanning capabilities. The patient population includes hemodynamically stable myocardial infarction, acute and chronic heart failure, and new onset atrial fibrillation. Procedural patients will include those undergoing cardiac catheterizations. Patients may also require management of various medications and cardiac drips. Additional patient populations include ICU transfers, neuro patients, and pulmonary patients. Candidates should possess strong cardiac telemetry skills. Strong medical-surgical knowledge and background is preferred. The ideal candidate is engaging, team-oriented, flexible, and patient-centered. Weekend work is required every other week.
