Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Windchill Developer with strong expertise in Windchill PLM customization, enhancement, and technical solution development. The ideal candidate should have experience working in Agile/SAFe environments and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams for technical delivery and support.

Required Skills & Experience

6–8 years of experience
Strong hands-on experience with:
- Windchill PLM
- Windchill customization and enhancements
- Technical solution design
Strong Core Java development skills
Experience with:
- Agile / SAFe methodologies
- Sprint planning
- Story refinement
- Technical design discussions
- Effort estimation
Ability to:
- Troubleshoot technical challenges
- Provide implementation guidance
- Support team members
Experience staying updated with:
- Windchill enhancements
- PLM best practices
Good communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement custom solutions in Windchill PLM
Support technical problem-solving and solution implementation
Participate in Agile ceremonies and PI planning activities
Collaborate with teams on technical design and estimation discussions
Assist in training team members on Windchill functionalities and enhancements
Recommend process improvements and best practices for Windchill PLM
