Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Support residents with their nutritional needs, including meal preparation and feeding assistance

• Assist with bathing, toileting, and transferring residents, as needed

• Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and emotional conditions to the nursing staff

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for our residents and staff

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

Requirements:

• Current CNA certification in the state of Pennsylvania

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Compassion and empathy for residents and their families
