What You'll Do As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional outpatient care while working closely with our physicians and clinical team. Responsibilities include: Conduct comprehensive new patient evaluations and follow-up visits Perform focused physical examinations and document clinical findings Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the physician Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and expected outcomes Order and interpret laboratory studies, imaging, and diagnostic testing #J-18808-Ljbffr Freedom-Health-Partners-LL
