Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Position Overview Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness provided by team members. Coordinate patient care across departments, uphold patient rights, and maintain confidentiality. Perform duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced, team-driven Operating Room environment. Maintain 1:1 patient ratios to ensure safety for patients and staff. Collaborate with leaders, coworkers, and physicians to promote positive relationships. Support internal growth and long-term success within the organization. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of a state-approved School of Nursing. Current RN license in the state or compact licensure, with ongoing compliance. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or completion within probation. No prior experience required. Additional Information Recognition as a Level 1 Trauma and Stroke center and the area's only Regional Burn Center.
