Chief Philanthropy Officer

The client is seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Philanthropy Officer to lead a comprehensive fundraising enterprise in support of its life-changing mission. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and serving as a key member of the executive leadership team, the Chief Philanthropy Officer will shape and execute a development strategy that advances both immediate operational priorities and long-term growth. The Chief Philanthropy Officer will build and sustain relationship-driven, highly networked philanthropic communities, demonstrating cultural fluency and sensitivity to regional dynamics. The role requires the ability to earn credibility locally through consistent presence, listening, and sound judgment as the leader navigates community gatekeepers and established philanthropic networks. The client’s mission centers on supporting youth through shelter, education, workforce support, and comprehensive services that help move young people from crisis toward stability and independence. In this leadership role, the Chief Philanthropy Officer will help drive fundraising efforts that support these programs and expand the client’s impact over time.
