Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of clients to understand their mental health concerns and identify strengths and resources.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused interventions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to clients’ unique goals, incorporating specific therapeutic interventions.
- Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to orchestrate coordinated care for optimal client outcomes.
- Deliver crisis intervention, risk assessments, and develop safety plans when necessary, ensuring clients have access to immediate support.
- Facilitate various group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance community engagement and provide peer support.
- Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation, such as therapy scheduling and patient management systems, is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
