Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of clients to understand their mental health concerns and identify strengths and resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused interventions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to clients’ unique goals, incorporating specific therapeutic interventions.
• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to orchestrate coordinated care for optimal client outcomes.
• Deliver crisis intervention, risk assessments, and develop safety plans when necessary, ensuring clients have access to immediate support.
• Facilitate various group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance community engagement and provide peer support.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
