As part of the North America Finance team, you will partner closely with the VP of Finance on a broad range of financial and operational topics. Acting as a key business partner to cross‑functional teams, you will help drive performance, support decision‑making, and enhance financial visibility across the organization. This role offers strong exposure to senior leadership and business operations in a fast‑growing international environment. The position is based in New York City and reports directly to the VP of Finance North America. Your main responsibilities include : Support the monthly financial reporting process for the North America business unit, including performance analysis and reporting to headquarters in Paris Participate in monthly business reviews and provide actionable financial insights to support decision‑making Contribute to the annual budgeting process and forecasts, including sales, EBITDA, and cash flow projections Identify opportunities to optimize operational processes, improve cost efficiency, and enhance merchandise flow management Partner with Retail, Wholesale, E-commerce, and Marketing teams on strategic and operational initiatives Support business development projects through financial modeling, profitability analysis, and ad hoc analyses Develop and improve financial and reporting tools, primarily in Excel Assist the finance team during year‑end closing and support external audit requests when needed Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and internal controls You will also be responsible for ensuring that ba&sh CSR policy is adhered to and will act as its ambassador on a daily basis.
